  • PickUp delivers to anywhere within Klang Valley,
  • PickUp is specialists in express delivery service, whether it is same-day or scheduled courier. Set your delivery time-frame in the app with your preferred time slot.
  • Yes, we do! PickUp has 5 types of vehicles – motorcycle, car, van, 4 x 4, 1-ton lorry to fit your various delivery needs. Select the right vehicle based on your delivery item(s).
  • More than just a regular delivery service, our drivers can shop on your behalf. Select the “Buy4Me” option in the app and put in your shopping request in the notes.
  • Activate the “e-receipts” function in the app. The e-receipt will be sent to your registered email address once the order is completed. Don’t want to receive e-receipts? Deactivate the function by clicking ‘Edit Profile’ and toggle the e-receipt option.
  • i. Self payment: You can choose to either pay by cash or through your e-wallet in PickUp app.

    ii. Paid by your recipient: You may Choose Pay by receiver in PickUp app .

  • Click “forgot password” in the PickUp Driver App and a verification code will be sent to the registered number to reset the password. You may call our Customer Service team at +60 12-918 4113 for further assistance.
  • To update your vehicle information, send an email to driver@pickup.global, attaching photos of the vehicle’s front view, side view and back view. Please use this in the subject line of the email: VEHICLE UPDATE
  • Click on the “My Wallet” tab in the PickUp Driver App, and tap on “Bank Info”. You may update your bank information there.
  • Prices are determined based on the distance between the pick-up and drop-off points and waiting time.
  • Yes you can, you are able to accept 2 job in same time.
  • Once you accept the order, you will be able to see the customer’s delivery address and contact number and order details including delivery amount.

     
  • When you press the “Accept” button, the booking will be awarded to you. Inside the booking details you will see the name and contact number of the client beside that you will see a “Call ” button. It will direct you to the dialer and will call the client.

     
  • You are able to cancel the order directly from the driver App.
